We value your privacy as much as we do our own, so we’re committed to keeping your personal and business information safe. We’re uncomfortable with the information companies, governments, and other organisations keep on file, so we ask for only the bare minimum from our customers. We’ll never use your personal information for any reason other than why you gave it, and we’ll never give anyone access to it unless we’re forced to by law.

We use our website Contact form to collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle damage images, and message.
What information we hold
- If you complete and submit our contact form we are emailed your name, email address, phone number, vehicle damage images, and message.
- When you visit our website you are anonymous as per Google Analytics policies.
Where we store your information
Any email submitted contact form information will be held in our inbox.
What we use your information for
If you have submitted our website contact form we may email you with information / a response as applicable. We may use the vehicle images to assess and quote any necessary repair.
How long we keep your information
We keep any email information and images for less than 3 months.
